Nima is Joyfilm’s no-nonsense Senior Producer. Not only is he resourceful, calm and client-friendly – he is an excellent problem solver and an absolute pleasure to have on the team.

Anju is JoyFilms Senior Editor, Digital Imaging Technician, and expert in sound engineering. He is experienced in working with human stories, short films, TVCs, and studio recordings.

Nina is an acclaimed film director and producer, merges cultural narratives with visual finesse. Her diverse portfolio spans corporate films, commercials, narratives, and music videos, showcasing mastery of cinematic storytelling. Notably, as line producer for ‘Waves 98’, she earned acclaim at Cannes for innovative live-action collage technique, challenging stereotypes and connecting deeply with audiences.

Varunn is the company’s liaison to directors, also assisting the producer with research and other key production requirements. Reliable, organized, and creative, Varunn possesses a film educational background and production experience in Los Angeles, making him a valuable asset to the team.

Manages Joy Films’ social media accounts, creating engaging content that reflects the company’s creative vision. She ensures the stories shared resonate and make a lasting impact.

Manages administrative and IT operations at Joy Films, streamlining internal processes to ensure efficiency across executive and business functions. She also serves as the Executive Assistant to the Managing Partner.
